3) Course Safety and Maintenance DURING EVENT:
We are introducing a new volunteer role this year to ensure the safety and upkeep of the course. This position will be split into three shifts, each consisting of three volunteers who will rotate between the top, middle, and bottom sections of the course.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Your primary responsibility is to maintain the safety of all participants, spectators, and others around the course.
Course Maintenance: You will be required to have a shovel in hand and assist in maintaining the course. This could include fixing any hazards, smoothing out areas of the course, and performing any necessary maintenance during your shift.
Physical Requirements: This position will require some physical labor, including moving and lifting snow. Please only sign up for this role if you are physically capable of handling these tasks.
This role is essential to keeping the event running smoothly, so we need volunteers who are ready to actively contribute to both safety and course maintenance.
4) Bartender Shifts Available:
We're looking for experienced bartenders to help us make our event a hit! You’ll be part of a fast-paced and exciting team, serving drinks and keeping the party flowing.
Shift Details:

5) Cleanup Crew During Event:
Trash Pickup:
Regularly walk around the event space, collecting trash from the dance floor, the sled course, and high-traffic areas.
Ensure trash is being disposed of properly and replace full trash bags before they overflow. Monitor the trash cans throughout the event. Be prepared to carry spare bags and liners for quick swaps.
If the venue has designated trash areas or a dumpster, make regular trips to dispose of full trash bags.
Monitoring for Issues:
Be vigilant for any maintenance or logistical issues—like broken chairs, spilled drinks, or technical problems.
Alert the appropriate staff to handle those issues, but also assist if it’s something you can fix
Sometimes unexpected things come up (lost items, a guest needing assistance, etc.). Stay ready to help with any small tasks that might pop up. Be the go-to person for quick fixes, whether it’s helping to set up a forgotten decoration or finding extra supplies like napkins or cups.
6) Cleanup Crew ON Sunday Morning 9-11 am - March 23rd, 2025:
THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT POSITION. Please be aware that if you do not show up for your 2-hour shift the morning after the event, you will be blacklisted from all future events. Our team puts in a tremendous amount of effort to make each event a success, and it’s critical that we have motivated, reliable hands to help with the cleanup. We kindly ask that you only sign up for this position if you are confident in your ability to arrive on time, stay alert, and fully participate in the post-event cleanup.
